SHIPPING POLICY

We aim to get your Glitch gear moving as fast as you do.

PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days. You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your order is on the road.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY
We offer flat-rate and express shipping across Australia:

• Standard (3–7 business days): $10 
• Express (1–3 business days): $15
• Free standard shipping on orders over $100

Shipping to remote areas may take a little longer.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Currently, we ship within Australia only. Stay tuned—we’re working on expanding soon.

DELIVERY ISSUES
Once your order is handed off to our delivery partner, it’s in their hands. If something goes wrong—like delays, lost packages or address errors—reach out to us and we’ll do our best to sort it out.

Be sure your shipping info is correct at checkout. We can’t refund or replace items due to incorrect addresses.

PRE-ORDERS OR EVENT PICKUPS
If you order a pre-release item or opt to collect at a pop-up/festival, we’ll clearly communicate dispatch or pickup dates via email.
